- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Patty Lyles kept the bank from backing out of the sale. Yeah, we made an offer and it WAS accepted and then the bank started playing games when another offer came in 2 weeks later. This Bank Owned property we wanted wouldn’t negotiate on anything, price or closing costs. Patty was not giving up She challenged the bank on the legitimacy of what they were doing was opening them up to a lawsuit.
